For Non Small Cell Lung Cancer "After the oncologist told my mom that within a couple of weeks she'd be able to have a normal life, we went home with joy. Two weeks later she was admitted to the hospital due to difficulties breathing. After getting a pleural draining, we informed the oncologist that there were symptoms of toxicity such as swollen lips, trouble breathing, light-headedness, and inflammation. This was the week of Halloween 2022. Tagrisso kept being pushed and pushed and my mom's health was getting worse in terms of adverse symptoms. She died yesterday 12.21.22."

For Non Small Cell Lung Cancer "I was diagnosed with stage 4 Adenocarcinoma non-small lung cancer end of October 2023. Had bloodwork and discovered I had EGFR mutation. My oncologist told me of this targeted therapy just taking a pill daily. It's Tagrisso. I was scheduled for chemo but turned out I thank God didn't have it. Started on Tagrisso 80 mg, was on it for 2 months and got a severe skin rash. My doctor took me off for a month until the rash cleared up, then started me back on but half the dose. So far just a couple of spots have developed on each leg and one under my left breast. I put the gel on daily that my oncologist prescribed. That's the only side effect so far that was serious. Been on it now for 5 months, recent scans showed my tumors have shrunk considerably, the large one in a lymph node outside the lung in the chest cavity is now half the size and the small ones gone, and my oncologist said the disease is now minimal and small and I'm doing amazingly well. Tagrisso is a magic pill!"

For Non Small Cell Lung Cancer "My dad was diagnosed stage 4 with CNS metastasis. He received gamma knife surgery and CRT while taking Tagrisso. Currenlty no visible tumor left. There may be minimal residual disease (MRD) undected by CT and MRI, but no sizable tumor larger than 2mm. it's a blessing"
