For Dietary Supplementation "I started taking MCT (medium chain triglycerides), and within a couple of hours, I thought it was the end of me! The stomach pain was the most intense I have ever felt! I threw up for hours until the MCT was out of my system. I am taking what I have left back to Costco for a full refund!"

For Dietary Supplementation "I followed directions on the bottle; 1 tsp in a cup of tea; after fifteen minutes, stomach and bowels started hurting severely; fifteen minutes later I was praying to die! I asked God to let me die or please take the pain away! The pain caused profuse sweating! I thought I was dying! Had vomiting, severe diarrhea that lasted on and off for 12 hours along with severe cramping pain! After 16 hours, the pain was easing up; thought I felt as if I needed to use the bathroom, and when I did, I passed nothing but bright red blood! I knew bright red blood suggests arterial blood and isn’t really serious! After surviving these initial episodes, I lived on a liquid diet for two days and very little solid food for another two days; vibrations from walking caused pain; took over a week to be normal again! I usually read information before starting something new but NEVER dreamed an 'oil' would have such horrendous side effects! Learned my lesson!"

Medium chain triglycerides for Dietary Supplementation "Took the recommended minimum dose of 1 teaspoon, and within 20 minutes, became dreadfully ill. I experienced horrendous stomach pain and started vomiting, very frightening indeed. Eventually, after a few hours, I suffered diarrhea and felt cold and shivery the whole night long. I still felt stomach pains the next day. Definitely would not recommend."

For Dietary Supplementation "I took a tiny sample of MCT oil (Bulletproof) in my coffee yesterday. Took it on an empty stomach. Within 5 minutes of drinking the coffee, I experienced severe cramping, dizziness, a blackout that caused me to pass out on my kitchen floor and hit my head, and vomiting. This was all followed by diarrhea and abdominal cramping that lasted for 6 hours or until I finally took Pepto Bismol. And then I was just left with nausea. I tremendously regret taking the oil before doing well-rounded research. I understand it doesn’t affect everyone the same, but it was a seriously traumatic experience for me, and I hope anyone considering taking it for the first time reads this and takes heed."
