For Indigestion "I was having a lot of burning in my stomach. Once I started on magnesium supplements, my stomach hardly ever has that intense pain anymore, it helps a lot with sleep as well, an added bonus I didn't expect. YAYYYY!!! I haven't had any side effects either. Double bonus!!"
