"I have been on Trandate for at least 20 years for HBP. I take 400 mg twice a day. Some days it lowers my BP to normal, and other days it is high. Additionally, I'm taking Hydralazine 100 mg 3 times a day and Isosorbide 60 mg 2 times a day. I feel like my body has gotten used to the Trandate, and it is not working effectively at all."
