For Heart Failure "I have CHF with fluid retention not controlled by oral Lasix. My cardiologist suggested we try this Sub-Q approach. Furoscix is amazing. My wife was instructed how to administer it. Once applied, it runs for 5 hours. My experience was shocking to me! I eliminated 3 pounds of fluid by the next morning. There were no negative side effects. It’s easy to use with very little discomfort, if any, other than the initial injection. Without Furoscix, the fluid build-up would have me in the hospital with my CHF. However, the VA will not cover this medication. My civilian doctor has been giving me samples."
