For Hot Flashes "I cannot have HRT due to cancer genes. So when my doctor offered Veozah, I opted for it. I was a little concerned about it causing worsening mental health since it works on the brain. I was correct to be concerned. My depression is back. I've been on Veozah for almost four weeks. The first few weeks of severe dizziness and nausea almost made me quit. The dizziness was so surreal, I cannot drive my car anywhere with roads that twist and turn without vomiting. I am still having night sweats somewhat. It has helped them not be as awful or frequent, but I'm still having them. During the first few weeks, I actually started sweating even worse. That was miserable. My doc demanded I continue and ride it out. The back pain has hit too. I've also noticed I am freezing often now. I worry about what this med might really be doing to our bodies. If this sweating and dizziness with nausea keep up, I will discontinue it. We do not have long-term safety studies."

For Hot Flashes "I’ll be 55 in two months and decided to finally do something about my terrible hot flashes. I was prescribed a 45 mg tablet of Veozah. It’s tiny, so easy to take. It worked the first day I took it. I couldn’t believe it. My hot flashes and night sweats were gone. Absolutely life-changing. I’ve taken this medication for about four months now, and I’ve noticed that I’ll get a hot flash between 4-6:00 am. Then maybe a very mild one in the late afternoon. It’s nothing I can’t handle though, they are mild compared to before. I was truly suffering before Veozah. As far as side effects, the first day or two of taking this medication I was a little dizzy, nothing terrible, it subsided quickly, and I haven’t had any side effects since. I can’t tell you how happy I am that I found this medication."

For Hot Flashes "2 years on Veozah, and it has changed my life. After suffering hot flashes for over 20 years, this has helped. Some night sweats still, but tolerable. I do not get stomach cramps but do get a little dizzying effect at times. My good results far outweigh the bad. I had the company discount, but my insurance started covering it. Still costs $50 a month."

For Hot Flashes "As someone who has had chronic hot flashes for several years, usually prefaced by a wave of nausea, going on Veozah was great the first month. I still had minor hot flashes, but nothing like before, and the nausea was gone. Started my second month, and suddenly I have nausea and dizziness on and off all day. I'm going to stop taking the medicine and see what happens. I would also recommend if others have this to get their liver enzymes checked."
