Fezolinetant for Hot Flashes "I started on Veozah as soon as it was available. I have 8-10 hot flashes a day and cannot take estrogen. The first year was miraculous! No hot flashes! Gradually it has become less effective. Lasts maybe 8 hours instead of 24. I have started taking it at night so I can sleep without breaking out in a sweat. Very disappointing. I called the manufacturer, and they sent my info to the division that handles the efficacy of their medications. Hope they do more research and figure out the issue."
