Estradiol for Postmenopausal Symptoms "I've had my patches upped due to the 50 stopping working. I've been on them a week, and I'm back to night flushes, headaches, and extremely sore breasts. Is this natural? When I was on 50, I had no problems until they stopped working. I find the patches stick quite well, no problems falling off. Need advice."

Estradiol for Postmenopausal Symptoms "I used Estradot for exactly 1 hour and a half. I took it off because it made me so sick-so nauseous and a massive headache. I took it on a Friday, and it is now Friday again, and I am still nauseous, it won’t go away. I am in tears because I feel sick all the time."

Estradiol for Postmenopausal Symptoms "Absolutely fabulous! Used Estriadot - shortage. Used Evorel - not good - now this - good all around on MX 100, hot flushes gone. Initially a headache, eased off. I hope I can stay on this."

Estradiol for Postmenopausal Symptoms "I have been using Femring for almost a year now. I have tried estrogen patches, which I am allergic to the adhesive, and had to switch to Divigel, which I was also allergic to its alcohol base and had to discontinue using it as well. I give Femring a 10 for the convenience of being able to use it for 90 days and not have to worry about taking a pill or changing something 2 to 3 times a week. I am not able to remove or insert Femring myself, and I have to visit my OB/GYN every 3 months for her to change it and insert a new one. Also, it is very expensive, especially if you don’t have insurance. It’s over $700 without insurance, and there is no generic. No side effects except for slight headaches when it’s close to changing time. Other than that, I have no hot flashes, mood swings, weight gain, etc."
