For Birth Control "I was started on this pill over 2 and a half years ago. I had tried a lot of different BC pills and read about Natazia online and asked my obgyn if I could go on it. This has been THE best bc pill I've been on! I rarely have periods if any and don't have any side effects."

For Heavy Menstrual Bleeding "Diagnosed with Adenomyosis at 30 due to heavy out of control periods with extremely large clots. Fourth month on Natazia and it's reduced my periods to only 2-3 days of a light flow. Light enough where panty liners suffice. It's brought my life back to normal."

For Birth Control "I used Natazia for 2 years. I was with my boyfriend when I decided to use it. He noticed my moods improve and more stable PMS. Only got period 2 days, when I was used to get it for a week.. really light. I was less anxious, and didn't gain much weight. I actually lost weight on the pill with an exercise schedule. Breast enlargement was extreme. I went from a 34C to a 32DD --not right away, but within the 2 years. The enlargement was unbearable. I've been off of it for a month and I got my period back in 31 days. Everything went back to the way it was before, weight still staying off so far."

For Birth Control "I first started birth control at 27 when I was going to get married and needed it not only for birth control, but also so I wouldn't be on my period for my honeymoon. I have been super pleased. I used to have HORRIBLE periods. I would have to wear a nightime/Ultra Super Tampon AND a heavy flow pad."

For Birth Control "I've been on this for 3 months. I experience heavy bleeding and bad cramping always on the 3rd week of the pill. I have bad headaches every day. I'm a healthy eater, non smoker and workout 3-4 days a week. Going to the doctor tomorrow!"

For Heavy Menstrual Bleeding "I have been on Natazia for 5 months now for very heavy bleading. My periods would always last about 5 days, but for the past 10 years I would pass many blood clots. I couldn't wear tampons. I was always worried I would stain my clothes during work or out in public. I just turned 40 & started taking this BC. My periods are now so light & only last 2-3 days. I can now get away with just liners. I still may have slight cramping the day before or on day 1 of period. I also had some cystic hormonal acne on one jawline, this has cleared completely up after 3-4months. Also I feel my roseacea has been under control with out having to take my prescribed oral antibiotics & medicated gels not sure if from BC. I haven't noticed any other side effects"

For Birth Control "At age 29 and after the birth of my second daughter I had continuous bleeding for 2 months. I tried 3 different types of pills, but had moderate to heavy bleeding throughout the month and felt like my hormones were very unbalanced and I was going crazy. FINALLY, after much trial and error, my practitioner suggested I try Natazia. I have been using Natazia now for 3 months and have had no breakthrough bleeding, shorter and lighter periods and feel like myself again."

For Birth Control "I'm 28 years old. I've been on Natazia for over a year now. The first few months were great because the pill really lightened and shortened my periods which were usually heavy and lasted 8-10 days. However, for the past 3 months, I've had bad acne around my jaw line and neck. Now, for the past week and 2 days I've been spotting within the 2nd and 3rd week before my period! I have one more week left on this but am very worried about spotting for over a week!"

For Birth Control "I have been on Natazia for two weeks and I am on edge! Fighting with my husband, irritated with my kids, I feel like I am an emotional 13 year old. Calling my doctor in the morning and stopping the pill."

For Heavy Menstrual Bleeding "I was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome a few years ago and started taking Natazia for it. Before taking Natazia I would go about 10 months without a period then would bleed heavy for a month or so. I would have cramps that would drop me to my knees. It was unbearable. I went a couple years of dealing with this, then finally decided to get myself to the Dr. He prescribed Natazia and it has been a life saver. I've never had regular periods. I've been on so many different kinds of birth control and this is the only one that has worked for me. Since the first month I have had regular periods. I finally feel like a normal woman with regular periods. It's kind of nice. The only side effect is the acne. I'll take acne over bleeding heavy for a month any day."

For Birth Control "Side effects were absolutely not worth it, particularly as this drug costs $150 per month in my region of the USA. Problems it caused: Insatiable hunger, ~50 lbs weight gain Milia around eyes Swelling Increased hair shedding Wild mood swings Drained energy Worsened menstrual cycle I discontinued it in February 2018 and most of the problems have abated. My menstrual cycle however is in complete chaos and I've spent the entire month of July bleeding with no end in sight. All I can do is wait it out as my physiology reasserts itself, but the expenses of needing to buy feminine hygiene products and various diagnostic labs/procedures are becoming untenable. I would never take this drug again for any reason and do not recommend it to anyone, especially patients who struggle with weight or mood issues, hair loss, estrogen dominance, or endocrine disorders. Use condoms or get a tubal ligation and save yourself from an extremely expensive mess."

For Birth Control "I have been on Natazia for over 5 years. I have not had a single issue with this pill. I actually am very pleased with it. I don't have to stop because of an "off" week or whatever some of the other pills do. I take it continuously. My periods are so light I only have to use one tampon and then I am off until the next month. I also had really bad back cramps with Beyaz and with Natazia my back cramps are still there but advil helps instead of having to take narcotics for the cramps. I would recommend to anyone. Too bad I am 33 and soon will have to stop taking them. :-( Sure hope they make something for us old women who don't want babies! LOL!"

For Birth Control "I started taking this birth control after experiencing bad PMS, heavy bleeding, and weight gain with my previous BC pills. The first few months were great. My PMS symptoms were barely noticeable and I was able to lose 20lbs over 4 months. But then I started getting my period a week before I was supposed to and it would last 7 days or more. After about 8 months the heavy bleeding and cramps came back. After 1 year I went in for my annual pap and it turned out I had fibroids on/in my uterus and an ovarian cyst. I have never had those issues before. I was told estrogen can 'feed' the fibroids causing them to grow and that can cause the heavy bleeding. Anyway, I got off this pill and decided to get my tubes tied since I do not want more children."

For Heavy Menstrual Bleeding "I was skeptical and uneasy about going on birth control again after bad past experiences with other brands. My doctor prescribed it for me because my natural cycle was way too long,heavy bleeding ,and the worst cramps with fevers. Note-you have to stay 3 months on this pill to see how your body really reacts to it. I pretty much had light period throughout the whole 1st month. I did not ,though, have severe cramps anymore. In this second month, I have been more balanced with the bleeding and it is coming around normal time and not additional like month before. Emotions are still unstable- breaking out more too! Greasy face and feeling super gross. If this doesn't change after 3rd month- I'm switching."

For Birth Control "I've been taking Natazia for 2 months after being on Yaz for 2 years. I'm having a problem with bloating on this pill. I gained about 5 pounds within the first few weeks of taking it, which I can only attribute to excess fluid retention. I feel so fat on this pill, despite the fact that I work out all the time. I had clear skin while on Yaz, and am now getting acne on my back and my neck. Also, Natazia is supposed to reduce your period, but I have seen no change in mine. I'll be going back to Yaz next month."

For Birth Control "I switched from Sprintec (due to breakthrough bleeding) and began Natazia. Instantly, my appetite increased and I was moody. I decided to ride it out for three months...what a mistake! I became depressed and crazy. Just switched today and hoping this new pill goes better."

For Birth Control "I was taking Natazia for about a year 1/2 or more. It wasn't until recently that my doctor's office stopped carrying this as a free sample. I was put on a different form of birth control that my insurance covers. I have been on this for a month and I noticed fairly noticeable slight differences in the two. I almost never had periods on Natazia which I thought must be a bad thing. I also never had PMS on Natazia which was fortunate. Now on this new birth control I feel like I am 18 again emotion-wise. My period was actually a NORMAL period like I used to get when I was never even on birth control. I never even used tampons on Natazia because it was so light. I had to go buy tampons for the first time in 6 months or more due to discontinuing Natazia."

For Birth Control "Love this birth control. I took it years ago then had to switch due to changes in insurance. It is expensive if your insurance doesn't cover it. I took Nortel 777 for a couple years and it was awful. I got new insurance and Natazia was covered. I am actually losing weight on this pill (gained 15 pounds on Nortel). No more mood swings, no acne/breakout issues, periods are only spotting, and cramping is minimal to none. This is the best birth control pill I've ever taken."

For Heavy Menstrual Bleeding "My doctor lies to me. I was put on this pill after being in Lo Loestrin Fe that caused constant break through bleeding. I got on this one SPECIFICALLY to stop that. Guess what? 2 weeks in, just like loestrin and just like clock work, I'm having very heavy break through bleeding and cramping that has prevented me from moving or eating for 3 days now. Horrible pill that does nothing for me. Switching immediately."

For Birth Control "I have been on a lot of pills and this one has to be the worst. I never had acne before and as soon as I started this pill my face has been broken out. I have gained weight. I am depressed all month and have horrible PMS. But I haven't gotten pregnant and my period seems to be the same."

For Heavy Menstrual Bleeding "I have been on birth control for the majority of 20 years. Tried every kind. When I got off them, I realized that they had been amplifying my PTSD, anxiety, depression, anger, sadness, everything. I felt normal finally. Well, fast forward to having my first child at 34. C-section caused adenomyosis, endometriosis, heavy bleeding, and polyps. I also started getting more ovarian cysts that wouldn't go away. Eventually after a lot of research, I found Natazia. It's supposed to be the closest to bioidentical available. My mood is normal. I skip the placebos and estrogen only pills after having a 40 day period about 2 or 3 months after starting. Highly recommend taking them like this. Cons: the estrogen still irritates, so I'm still in pain (significantly less though!). Less sexual desire and dryness (not as bad as other pills!). I think its causing hair loss too."

For Birth Control "First few months great, then break thru bleeding the week before and week of period, next month period lasted two and a half weeks, this month it is past 11 days cramping, heavy bleeding. This pill had been horrible for me."

For Heavy Menstrual Bleeding "I've been on Natazia for over 17 days and I've had good and bad results. Before taking the pill, I got several fibroids and had 2 surgeries to remove them before they returned again. I've very extreme painful periods with heavy bleeding 3 days out of the 7-8 day period. And I'm going through pre-menopause. Natazia made the pain go away this time. But I'm having very dry, dark brown spotting. I have no cervical mucus. I think this pill is good for the pain and bleeding but bad for what I'm experiencing now. I think I need to try something else or get the hysterectomy."

For Birth Control "I have had really bad experiences with birth control in the past. My doctor gave me Natazia about 1 1/2 years ago and its been doing awesome since. My one and only con is that you have take it around the same time every day or it will mess with your cycle a bit (causing ovary discharge and such) but if you miss a pill and follow your chart it should work out with no problems. It has reduced my cycle to about 2 days and reduced cramps. Highly recommend!"

For Birth Control "This is my third form of birth control, I have taken (Loestrin and Femcon previously). Honestly this is the best pill I have been on so far. Unlike the other pills I have taken, there is no irregular bleeding and no cramps. Natazia has been the best to me, and my periods are now shorter and lighter. The only downfall of this pill is I'm breaking out. I'm 20 years old and even on the other two pills acne was never an issue. If I wasn't breaking out from it Natazia would be a perfect birth control pill for me."
