For Inflammatory Conditions "Taking wean down dosage over six days after being treated for Quincy abscess of a tonsil. The drug relieved the pain so that I was able to talk and swallow again within 8 hours of injection IV. Out of the hospital by a day on the wean down pills, I notice former inflammation of bursitis of hip, knee, and golfer's elbow are being relieved also. The only adverse side effect I now notice is near insomnia, but I feel so well again and energetic. 3 days on the drug now and will end by taper down in 4 more days. 1.5 mg pills at first, two at a time, twice per day."

For Nausea/Vomiting, Chemotherapy Induced "Been taking this drug for about over a year now. I've got stage 3 multiple myeloma (bone cancer). Really have no bad side effects. The only issue I have is sleeplessness, it really keeps you awake at night, hard time to fall asleep. Other than that, it works great."

For Inflammatory Conditions "Today, I had to refer my aged mother, 85, for her inflammation on the bruise site on the forehead due to a fall a couple of days ago. I referred her to my family doctor, who administered Dexamethasone Injection IP 2 ml. Within 5 minutes, she developed breathing heaviness, gasped for breath, and was about to swoon. Fortunately, as the doctor swung into action and administered her Deriflin injection, after four hours, she returned to normal. This is the worst and riskiest medicine, if I have to say something on this. 24.Nov.2016"

For Asthma, acute "Given this medication following COVID-19. Appears to aid in breathing but immediately gave me bradycardia. My heart rate is now resting in the 50s and going into low 40s while trying to rest. This results in me being jerked awake, gasping for air when I can actually sleep. The medication caused me to be awake for 46 hours straight. 6 mg dosage, no step down."
