For Multiple Myeloma "I’ve been on this therapy since March 2024. Except for the tingling in my feet during the first step-up dose, I’ve had no side effects. I had some lower back pain, but that was ongoing prior to the start of this treatment. Now, the tingling in my feet still occurs, but not as often. I am now stronger and do not have to use a walker or a cane for mobility. I feel so much better, and my quality of life has improved immensely."

For Multiple Myeloma "I started on the Tecvayli regimen 12/2023. My dosing was a step up until once a week. Once my cancer was undetectable, I was given treatment every two weeks. As of 2/2025, I am still undetectable and will start just once a month treatment. I feel wonderful. Thank goodness for this wonderful drug. I am unable to undergo Car-T treatment because I don't have a family member or friend that can care for me during this treatment. I hope that cancer hospitals will change their protocol and allow hospital stays, so in the future I may get Car-T treatment if or when Tecvayli no longer works for me. My side effects were running high fevers in the beginning but I was given counteractive meds to get this side effect under control. I have had no other serious side effects except weight gain, low IGG levels, and platelets and ANC levels. These side effects have been remedied with other treatments."

For Multiple Myeloma "Following 10 years of treatment, I was at a dead end. I was offered Tecvayli on a compassionate basis. Best treatment I have used in all the years. Currently, M-Peak is not measurable. Unfortunately, the cancer is not causing my challenges, the medication's side effects are. I guess I can live with those."

For Multiple Myeloma "From my first IV session with this drug, I absolutely had no negative reactions nor negative daily complications nor complaints but one: feet neuropathy. But taking 1000 units of liquid vitamin D-3 minimized the pain to about a 3 from a 7. From day one, my kappa and light chains dropped to 0 and stayed at 0 for one year while on monthly chemo of this drug. Then... they stopped it, and I was still at 0 for another year having monthly IVGA to suppress my immune system. Now, my count is 4 and rising every month. My doctor says to wait till it hits 19, but he has not given me any indication nor discussion of what the plan is after. I was able to think clearly and function. A lot of muscle pain and aches, which has been hard, but I had 3 surgeries in this period of time: 2 spine surgeries for stenosis and 1 complete shoulder replacement. I weathered all of this while on the chemo. This drug definitely, definitely saved my life, and I have had a great quality of life since then."
