For Facial Wrinkles "This is a TERRIBLE product, if you are thinking of getting this done, DO NOT. It is marketed as lasting 5 years, but it lasts forever, which is NOT a good thing considering what the ingredients are. Bellafill consists of bovine collagen and PMMA, which is acrylic, plexiglass being injected into your face. Your body, in an attempt to expel the foreign product, will cause nodules, granulomas, swelling, maybe even 10 years down the line, but your body will ultimately fail. Also, the product DOES migrate. I had it injected in my mid-cheek, and it has moved down near my jaw. It is a primitive product, and there are next to no treatments of removal aside from invasive surgery. The company clearly only cares about money and not the safety of people. Look at the negative experiences people have had with this, there are plenty of us with stories. BAN this product, AND STAY AWAY."

For Facial Wrinkles "Terrible product! My cosmetology doctor didn't do a test, nor told me it was permanent. She put it deep into my cheeks on face. 2 syringes one month apart. The second injection within days left my cheeks puffy, tender to the touch & my facial nerves frazzled. Then a week later my cheeks were swollen, pus coming out of my eyes, touching cheeks made more pus come out of my eyes & made my nervous system crash! I went to the ER 7 times in 3 weeks. They said it probably was NOT the filler but stated they weren't cosmetic experts and to follow up with my doctor. I went home assuming it couldn't be the filler, not wanting to believe it was a filler that I voluntarily paid for. I became bedridden, can barely breathe feels like I'm dying."

For Facial Wrinkles "I had Bellafill injected after appropriate patch testing in my smile lines for wrinkles. The initial result was great. 15 months after injection, I developed multiple foreign body granulomas on both sides of my face as an adverse reaction to the material. This was a delayed and 'unexpected' response from the filler. For the past 2 years, all local therapy has failed to improve the inflammation. I underwent a major facial surgery and had all the material removed when the granulomas started to erode through my skin. This product may be FDA approved, but the nature of these random, permanent, and relentless disfiguring granulomatous reactions beg rethinking the use of this product by plastic surgeons. It is impossible to predict who will be disfigured from this product, and the product is permanent. It must be removed with surgery."

For Facial Wrinkles "I went for Botox and lip filler and got talked into Bellafill. I am having an autoimmune reaction. There is uneven swelling months later, and my cheeks are red. I look like a chipmunk! My lip has a big lump. Lovely! Plus, I talk weird. I'm so unhappy and frustrated."

For Facial Wrinkles "I got Bellafill 7 months ago with a high-rated board-certified MD. I was completely new to fillers. Initially, it looked okay although I wasn’t completely satisfied with the results. Only one syringe was used and trust me, the most small amount of this stuff can create a big change! It looked its best 2-4 months into it, then a lump formed on the crease of my smile line, making it look way uneven to my right side. I have really bad acne and also got 2 vials on some scars around my face. I now have terrible anxiety thinking about what lies ahead in my future. These beads are not made to withstand all of our experiences as human beings and I’ve read a ton of stories of complications years down the road. If you are brand new to fillers, I highly recommend using temporary fillers only. There are not even long-term studies for Bellafill, so currently, we are the test dummies for “long-term and safe” results."

For Facial Wrinkles "This product was injected into my face by an inexperienced doctor, encouraged by a sales rep for this deplorable product. I have severe swelling under my eyes and forehead. I've had multiple injections to rid my face of these horrible side effects to no avail. The doctor, sales rep, and producers of this hideous product take no responsibility for the horrific pain and disfigurement that I've endured! This product must be removed from the market, and I will do all I can to see this be done."

For Facial Wrinkles "Although marketed as a 5-year filler, please be informed that this product is 100% permanent. In my case, it caused an inflammatory response of the tissues, causing swelling, redness, and lumpiness. It can also lead to nodules and granulomas. These adverse events are impossible to resolve and require surgical excision. Finding a specialist to perform the procedure is near impossible, as no physician wants to deal with these unfortunate outcomes. I am yet to find a solution for my issues. Please stay away."

For Facial Wrinkles "I’m having terrible lumps on my lips 5 years later. They are constantly inflamed. Which I read that Bellafill isn’t even approved for lips. Bad granulomas have formed. Run from this product. We should all have a lawsuit for pain and suffering."
