Santyl (collagenase) "After 1 week of constant use (changed daily), I have noticed some new skin growth around the interior perimeter of the approximately 1-inch open wound that has persisted for several months on the interior of my left ankle. While there has been some reduction in the size of this extremely slow-healing wound, I would have hoped for a little more rapid improvement."
