For Type 2 Diabetes "Short-term memory loss, lethargic, numbness in hands and feet, shoulder and upper arm pain, loss of strength and coordination, gradual increase in A1C. A neurologist did extensive testing and suggested the symptoms were more likely related to this medication. Immediately stopped taking the medication and felt better within a couple of days."
