"Took generic Caltrate for over a year, suffered nightly with severe skin sensitivity on torso, stopped pills and had immediate relief. Did research on fillers and I think I have a sensitivity to tartrazine, a yellow dye that is a listed ingredient. Spent over a year trying to find out what was causing this painful condition, never read of or heard of anyone with the same symptoms. Just in case there is anyone out there who has this extreme sensitivity, check non-active ingredients on any prescribed or OTC med. It could be one of the fillers, this one in particular has a bad rap."
