For Postmenopausal Symptoms "Perfect once you can get past the diarrhea, which doesn't last. Hot flushes have gone, which is good as I work nights. I'm a little bit bloated but can deal with that."

For Herbal Supplementation "I am 53, and I have just started taking black cohosh a week ago. As of today, I stopped taking the medicine because my stomach started cramping very badly. I had to leave work early and might go to the doctor tomorrow. I wish I never took it, the stomach cramps aren't worth it."
