"I have possibly the worse eye allergies in the world. My eyes and face get beet red. I swell and itch to the point of madness. Tried everything. Zantidor did nothing but make it worse. I put Bepreve in my eyes for the first time. And after 2 min I was so relieved that the itch was gone that I had to lay down. Finally got a few hours of real sleep. Minimal taste in my mouth but that's a very small price to pay for getting rid of my itching, burning, swollen eye hell."

"Bepreve has changed my life! I have suffered with an undiagnosed eye condition for 8 years, some days it's so bad I have to make myself go to sleep just to get reprieve. After several different eyedrops and no relief, Bepreve has completely eliminated my chronic eye condition. No more fishing out ropey eye mucous, no more itch or inflammation. I could kiss my optometrist I'm so happy!"

"I was suffering from Blepharitis for about 3 years. Severe eye allergies constantly plagued me, with recurring bouts of Conjuctivitis. The only thing that helped me were expensive antibiotic drops to clear up the infections. After my 6th case of pink eye in a year I went to see an eye specialist and they recommended I try Bepreve. That was about 3 years ago. My Blepharitis is minimal, pink eye is gone, allergies are minimal and as long as I wear good UV protective sunglasses I am fine. "

"Been using this drop for the last 3 days and can honestly say that this is the 1st drop that has helped my raging allergy eyes in years ! Make sure you ask for the big bottle as my insurance company was charging me the same for the smaller bottle. Hope it works just as good as the allergy season gets worse later this year."

"This by far is the most effective antihistamine eye drop I have ever used nothing else helped my symptoms and I tried all other prescription antihistamine eye drops available. Bepreve has been a god send and I highly recommend anyone having severe eye itching to try this eye drop"

"The Bepreve drops work amazingly well and with them I have greatly decreased redness, itching, swelling and blurry vision -- once in a while I taste them but not often, and that to me is a small price to pay for comfort. But I no longer can afford this product at $218 a bottle -- even with coupons, it is $70 for a 20 day or so supply. I wish these were more affordable, so I and others could benefit from them. So I'm unsure of what I'll do now, which makes me sad. My insurance will cover this drug after I make my $5000 deductible."

"These eye drops are great for relief of allergy symptoms. Keep in the fridge for maximum relief. The only issue I have had with them is that when I stopped using them my symptoms came back worse then when I started."

"Dr. said 1 drop per eye twice a day. I got prescription filled right after my visit. It did nothing for redness when I initially used it nor did it do anything for itching/swelling. I wanted instant relief and did not get it. If I could rate it a zero, I would."

"I am very confused about the reviews stating the bad aftertaste, because this is an eye drop! I was given a sample by my optometrist. Previously, I was using Zaditor which worked okay, but it wasn't great and sometimes irritated my eyes even more. Bepreve makes my eyes feel very refreshed and "clear" of whatever it is that causes my eyes to feel dry/watery/irritated. I don't use it daily. Just when needed."

"I have had swollen eyes to the point they swell closed. Also red itchy eyes and eyelids. I was prescribed Bepreve drops. I am not sure they are working yet but will likely never use again as I experienced severe metallic taste in my saliva as well as what felt to be a vapour hovering around the back of my throat. Saliva was very bad sour taste."

"I thought it was just me but I've noticed a weird bitter taste about 10 mins after using Bepreve eye drops. Glad to know I'm not crazy! At first I thought it may have been the nasal spray I use but then I took my drops before bed (only meds I took) and the weird taste showed up. Who would've thought that eye drops could cause this. Those who are skeptical can read the leaflet and see that it is listed as a side effect. If you didn't experience it count yourself lucky. I don't know about the effectiveness of it as I just started using it for a few days but so far it has stopped my eyes from itching."

"Got a bad taste in theoat about 15 minutes after putting in. Lasted about 10 minutes.,it helps to suck on hard candy to keep taste at bay. I think it's working pretty good so far. I had a small growth on my eye from chronic dry eye (inflamation) this made it smaller dramatically."

"Surprised people are saying bad after taste, but I guess those tears ducts drain into the nasal cavity, which drains into the throat so makes sense. Just tried it I feel better vs all the other allergy drops I’ve taken. I'd rather not use eye drops long term. I feel that the eye drops helps with the symptoms but not on the actual root of the problem. For me; I believe its the contact lenses I wear that’s causing my problems. "

"Works well. A bad taste comes from it and a weird feeling in the back of my throat. However, the company DOES tell you how to avoid this IF you read all the instructions."

"I used Bepreve and had no adverse side effects. I don't have a big problem so I don't know if I will continue to pay the price. Too expensive. Why does it cost so much?"

"My new opthamologist prescribed this for itchy eyes due to allergies. It helps my itchy eyes but also relieves my constant nasal sinus congestion. The downside is very expensive even with insurance."
