For Cold Symptoms "The best for relieving the symptoms I experience with a cold or the flu. Helps stop my runny nose, coughing, and stuffed-up head. The red capsules for 12-hour relief would be rated a 10, but they are no longer available. The product now is not as effective but is still the best that I have found for relieving my symptoms."
