"I have been on Acebutolol for 30 years for premature ventricular beats. It has been a miracle drug for me. I started at 400 mg once a day and had some heartbeat irregularity issues after about 25 years, so was switched to Propranolol, which didn’t work at all, and my doctor changed me back to 200 mg of Acebutolol twice a day and it straightened me right out. I fear they will quit making it and I’ll never find a drug that works as well for my PVCs."

Acebutolol "Been on Sectral for 15 years at a dose of 200 mg a day for premature ventricular depolarizations, after having an ablation for a bad pathway. Sectral is a miracle drug for me...keeps me low and slow...no issues."
