I'm prescribed oxycodone but my doctor says my urine test shows hydrocodone, how is that possible?

Is it safe to take1 Naproxen 500 MG tablet along with 1 Hydrocodone 7.5 tablet ?

When take on an empty stomach is it liable to cause nausea?

Is it O.K. to take both Hydrocodone and Zolpidem (Ambien) at night for sleep???

The Hydrocodone is 5-325 and the Zolpidem is 10 mg.
