It could be, but most likely it’s a generic brand of Tylenol arthritis medicine. Apparently they both have L544 as their pill imprint. If it is long and skinny like Tylenol... it’s the arthritis Med over the counter!!

From the info I found, it is pure acetaminophen... extended release of 650mg.
