Anxiety - I've been on sertraline for a while and my sleep is terrible.

I was put on venlafaxine 75mg 20 days ago. I am desperate for them to work as my anxiety is so bad.

I have never suffered from anything like this before and this is my first time on meds. When will they start working to rid me of this anxiety? I asked a friend who is on the same dose and he said it was about 4 weeks for him. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Average time for Zoloft to work?

22 days on Zoloft for depression and anxiety. I am on 150 mg now and not one thing has changed yet. I read 4 to 6 weeks but some improvement and be seen in a couple weeks. How can you tell if Wellbutrin XR pills have got old and are not safe to take? Does anyone take olanzapine in the morning?

I take it at night and I really haven’t noticed a difference in my paranoia and anxiety. I have Bipolar and BPD. My anger hasn’t lessened either. My doctor said I could start taking it in the morning, just hoping to hear some success stories I guess. Seems like most people take it at night.
