That is a lower starting dose. Side effects can appear anytime after starting. Usually abate after a few weeks. Try not to worry about it. Half the time it is our anxiety about the medication. I just started a new medication. The first two weeks had some of the side effects then all went away. If anything really odd happens remember to call your doctor. Good luck.

It just depends on your personal response to the medication but it can be just hours to several days before you might feel side effects... assuming you have any at all.

Thank you. I've just taken my first tablet 2 hours ago and headache and jittery already (although they're pretty standard daily symptoms to me at the moment). I think I'm paranoid about getting awful side effects. I guess I'll just have to wait and hope I'm lucky!

Many people don't have serious side effects and with the exceptions of headache and nausea less than 10% of users have any at all. They're usually mild and subside quickly in days to a week or so. Often they can be treated with OTC remedies on the advice of your pharmacist.
One potential side effect may be difficult for you... increased anxiety/nervousness/restlessness. Just keep in mind that these are "normal" or at least not unexpected and not anything weird or dangerous.
