Started using Jardiance about two months ago and was experiencing low energy, extreme sleepiness, constipation, decreased appetite, anxiety, light headed and intermittent ear buzzing. I am also on Humulin N, Acarbose. Stopped taking Jardiance about 8 days ago and feeling a little better but my ear buzzing comes and goes.
How long does Jardiance remain in system after stopping?

"Jardiance may stay in your system for about 8 to 10 days after the last dose. Jardiance can take longer to clear out of the body of people with certain health conditions, including impaired kidney function."
None of what you were experiencing is listed as a side effect of Jardiance including the tinnitus but it does seem coincidental that they seem to have subsided after you stopped the medication. Hopefully the ear buzzing will also resolve.
Have you reported this to your doctor just to be sure that it wasn't some underlying cause? Also, let them know that you discontinued the Jardiance.
