There is a very slight possibility of serotonin syndrome but your doctor has determined that the benefits of this combination outweigh the risk.
You should acquaint yourself with possible symptoms and keep in mind that the syndrome may resolve on it's own but is also easily treatable in the early stages. This link may help:
