I'm on Victoza since may 2016, I'm on 1.2 dose and I've lost nothing, I inject myself at night. As its suppose to suppress appetite I'm wondering should I switch to the mornings?

I'm 2.5 weeks into taking 25mg of sertraline and having a horrendous time. Each day I'm battling a range of side effects (nausea, loss of appetite, emotional, increased anxiety... ) and I'm wondering when it'll end?

What side effects are usual for the first days? I've been on it for two days now and don't feel hungry, did not even want a plate of chinese food yesterday and feel a bit hyper. I had trouble sleeping last evening between 1230 and 2 AM.
