Started topomax 25mg 2×a day effective yesterday 7-29-16 today is my second day and no difference in appetite,concerned need to loose weight tired of being obese n health issues. Any advise?

I have been on Buspirone for about 3 months and my appetite has decreased a lot and am losing weight. I had no appetite change before taking it

Methylprednisolone - I developed metallic taste in my mouth on 5th day of taking 4mg Medrol Dosepak
