I'm starting to use Saxenda and I am still in the first week. Already my appetite is more or less gone and starting to loose weight. The problem is the price I need to pay for 5 pens (1 month while using 3mg). When using 3mg I'll need to pay 15% of my salary to Saxenda which is not acceptable because I also have a family I need to take care off. So I cannot use this much on myself just because my knees are busted (less mobility) and I cannot control my hunger. So my questions are; what happens if I just stay at 1.8mg or less? If my hunger is lowered at 1.8mg do I really need to go higher?
Saxenda - Is 3mg dosage really mandatory or is it OK to keep the dosage lower?

My doctor told me to stay on whatever dose works... when I went up to 2.4 I got sick for 2 days..I dialed back down to 1.8 and I am back to losing and feel fine. Do what works.
