I have been on .06 for about 3 days. I have been noticing a dull headache and slight nausea. I am hopeful for this to help me.

I am on day 5 and noticed an appetite decrease on day 2. A little nausea and headache, worst part for me has been fatigue. I feel completely exhausted all the time! Making me a little nervous to up my dose day after tomorrow. Good luck to you!

I take saxenda and phentermine because I started saxenda 2 weeks ago and it made me so sick and tired I felt like death. I was gone stop taking it and my doctor said I could take both so I did and now I feel great no fatigue or nausea. I am never hungry and loosing a pound a day.

I noticed a decrease in appetite when I increased the med to 1.2. I hardly had any appetite after that & had to force myself to eat
