I am day two of taking phentermine. I took one half of a 37.5 pill yesterday and a full pill this morning. I am not noticing any appetite suppressing effects or even any effects at all. Is this normal? How long does it usually take to start feeling the effects?

For me, about 10-15 minutes. But it's absolutely key to take it on an empty stomach.

You should feel effects immediately. You have to take the pill in the morning on an empty stomach and not eat for an hour or 2. I was eating initially then taking the pill and I had fatigue really bad, couldn't stay awake. But now it works great on an empty stomach, but seems to slow down when I do eat.
