I started taking phentermine 4 days ago. I can not do much of any excerise due to disabilities. So far I have not lost even 1 pound yet I have cut calories way way down. I would like to know how long before I start to see something happening. I really need to drop about 60 pounds.

Hello MACE1010. I just answered a previous question almost identical to yours. You might have to wait a bit longer. Phentermine works differently on most each and everyone of us. Not knowing your dose, but mentioning you have physical disabilities, it might be another 2 or 5 five days. Some people take the drug for several months at a time and lose only a few pounds. Others, on it a few weeks and they've lost 10 to 15 pounds. I'm afraid you'll have to be a bit more patient. Best wishes and good health to you, pledge
