Lexapro slowly increasing and major anxiety, nausea and sweating?

Is it OK to take hydroxyzine pamoate and cetirizine at the same time?

I'm prescribed hydroxyzine pamoate for anxiety and cetirizine for allergies and I take them both together at the same time. Should I be taking them together? I'm also on a lot of other meds that I question too but we will start here. Thank you.

Pregabalin Withdrawal anxiety following stopping treatment?

I took 75mg twice daily for sciatica... eventually slowly reduced my dosage and then stopped taking it. Since then (3+months) I've and bad anxiety and occasionally depression. Could this be a withdrawal effect or something unrelated?
