Can I drink alcohol with 20mg Paxil?

The technical answer is that alcohol should be avoided or limited when taking an antidepressant. Some people can handle a couple of drinks but others can have a bad reaction:

Another thing to keep in mind is that alcohol is a depressant drug while Paxil is an antidepressant.
If you want to have a drink or two I'd advise that you do it in a safe environment until you're sure how it affects you.
