CaroSpir is an oral liquid suspension dosage form of the potassium-sparing diuretic spironolactone and comes in the strength of 25 milligrams (mg) per 5 milliliters (mL). Carospir is used for treatment of NYHA Class III-IV heart failure and reduced ejection fraction to increase survival, manage edema, and to reduce the need for hospitalization for heart failure.
