Formula ingredients contain not more than 8.7% Phosphorus, 0.07 g/L, (0.25 g/US gal) of recommended use concentration.

Directions For Use

FOR PIPELINES AND CIP BULK TANK WASHERS

Acid Rinse: After the detergent wash, circulate a solution of 1 ounce (30 mL) of XXL Acid Concentrate per 35-45 gallons (130-170 L), of water (pH 3.0-3.5 for best results) for 5 minutes. Drain. Sanitize before milking.

Acid Wash: If acid rinse is not done regularly, then once a week or when needed, circulate a solution of 2 ounces (60 mL) of XXL Acid Concentrate per 15 gallons (56.8 L) of hot water (160°-170°F/70°-77°C) for 6-10 minutes. Drain and rinse with fresh water.

Avoid food contamination during application and storage. Do not store in food processing areas.

Rinse surfaces thoroughly with potable water after use.

Wash skin thoroughly after handling. Wear protective gloves/ protective clothing/ eye protection/ face protection. Do not mix with bleach or other chlorinated products - will cause chlorine gas.

IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Remove/ Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/ shower. IF INHALED: Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor/ physician. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
