Campylobacter Fetus-Leptospira Canicola-Grippotyphosa-Hardjo-Icterohaemorrhagiae-Pomona Bacterin

For use in cattle only

This product has been shown to be effective for the vaccination of healthy cattle, including pregnant cows and heifers, 4 weeks of age and older against disease caused by Campylobacter fetus, Leptospira canicola, L. grippotyphosa, L. hardjo, L.icterohaemorrhagiae, and L. pomona. A duration of immunity of at least 12 months has been demonstrated against renal infection due to L. hardjo. Duration of immunity against the remaining fractions has not been established. This product has been shown to be effective against fetal, genital, and renal infections, and leptospiruria caused by L.hardjo bovis.

Directions For Use

Shake well. Aseptically administer 5 mL subcutaneously or intramuscularly high on the side of the neck.

Precautions

Store at 2°-8°C. Do not freeze. Use entire contents when first opened. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. Contains thimerosal as preservative. Occasional hypersensitivity reactions may occur up to 18 hours postvaccination. While this event appears to be rare overall, dairy cattle may be affected more frequently than other cattle. If anaphylaxis occurs following use, administer epinephrine or equivalent. Do not mix with other products. In case of human exposure, contact a physician.
