Quorum Yellow LP

Contains: water, 7732-18-5; sodium hydroxide, 1310-73-2; sodium hypochlorite, 7681-52-9; amines, coco alkyldimethyl, n-oxides, 61788-90-7; polyacrylic acid, sodium salt, 9003-04-7; xylenesulfonic acid, sodium salt, 1300-72-7.

Directions For Use

Foam Cleaning

1. Dismantle equipment for cleaning and pre-rinse to remove all loose soil.

2. Foam all equipment surfaces with Quorum Yellow LP mixed at 2 to 5 oz per gallon (15.6 - 39.1 mL/L) of water. Allow foam to soak 5 to 15 minutes. Do not allow foam to dry.

3. Rinse thoroughly with potable water.

4. Sanitize prior to start-up with an EPA registered product.

Spray Cleaning

1. Dismantle equipment for cleaning and pre-rinse to remove all loose soil.

2. Spray equipment with an Quorum Yellow LP solution at a concentration of 1 to 2 oz per gallon (7.8 - 15.6 mL/L) of water.

3. Rinse thoroughly with potable water.

4. Sanitize prior to start-up with an EPA registered product.

Soak Cleaning

1. Pre-rinse parts to remove loose soil.

2. Soak parts in Quorum Yellow LP solution at a concentration of 2 to 4 oz per gallon (15.6 - 31.3 mL/L) of water. Water temperature should be 100°F to 120°F (38° - 49°C).

3. Rinse thoroughly with potable water.

4. Assemble equipment and sanitize prior to start-up with an EPA registered product.

Avoid food contamination during application and storage. Do not store in food processing areas.

Rinse surfaces thoroughly with potable water after use.

This product is not for use as hard surface disinfectant or sanitizer.

Consult your Ecolab representative for specific use instructions and recommended dispensing equipment.

Danger

Causes severe skin burns and eye damage.

Wash skin thoroughly after handling. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.

Mixing this product with acid or ammonia releases chlorine gas.

IF INHALED: Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER or physician. IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a POISON CENTER or physician. Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water or shower. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Immediately call a POISON CENTER or physician. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER or physician.
