Description

Proxy-Clean^® is designed to efficiently remove organic deposits from the drinking water system. Proxy-Clean^® does not attack tiles, concrete, coatings or joints. Proxy-Clean^® is biodegradable.

Directions For Use

1. Cleaning a non-operating system (no animals are present) Proxy-Clean^® is generally used at a concentration of 1 or 3% depending on the degree of contamination. It is imperative there is an air release out of the system. Remove the cap at the end of the drinking system to check for the fizzing reaction, in order to determine that Proxy-Clean^® has reached every point in the system. Activate all nipples or cups. The solution must remain in the system for a minimum of 12 hours with a 3% solution, or 48 hours with a 1% solution. After cleaning, thoroughly flush the system with potable water prior to re-use.

2. Cleaning an operating system (animals are present) When injecting with a 1:128 or 1:100 medicator:

Measure concentration using hydrogen peroxide test strips, using parts per million (PPM)

Surfaces which come into direct contact with food must be rinsed with potable water prior to re-use.

Prevention

Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Keep away from clothing and other combustible materials.

Avoid breathing mist or vapour.

Wash thoroughly after handling.

Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.

Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product.

Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.

Response

In case of fire: Use appropriate media to extinguish.

IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water. Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Specific treatment (see information on this label).

IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Call a physician immediately.

IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Call a physician immediately.

IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Call a POISON CENTER/doctor if you feel unwell.

Storage

Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed. Store locked up.

Disposal

Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local/regional/national/international regulations.
