Pasteurizer CleanerThis treatment applies to the following species:
Concentrated Liquid Caustic Cleaner
Pasteurizer Cleaner emulsifies proteins and saponifies fats. The low-foam nature of this product makes it safe for use in CIP applications where strong alkalinity is needed.
Pasteurizer Cleaner is excellent for cleaning food equipment where heavy organic deposits are a problem. This product can be used in automated cleaning systems.
Directions For Use
PASTEURIZER CLEANING: Use 3 oz of product per gallon of 140°F to 165°F water.
Follow equipment manufacturer's directions on wash solution volume and cleaning procedure.
Wash solution temperature should never drop below 120°F.
CAUTION: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
Eyes: Flush immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Call a physician immediately.
Skin: Wash thoroughly with soap and water and remove contaminated clothing. If irritation develops and persists call a physician.
Inhalation: If breathing difficulty occurs move person to fresh air. Contact a physician immediately.
Ingestion: Promptly and thoroughly rinse mouth. Do not induce vomiting. Contact a physician immediately.
