Vitamin B-12	150 mcg
Iron Ammonium Citrate	15 mg
Thiamine Hydrochloride (B-1)	40 mg
Riboflavin (B-2) as 5-Phosphate Sodium	4 mg
Pyridoxine HCL (B-6)	10 mg
Niacinamide (B-3)	100 mg
d-Panthenol (B-5)	15 mg
Cobalt Gluconate	0.7 mg
Copper Gluconate	0.2 mg
Chlorobutanol	0.5%
Benzyl Alcohol as Preservative	2%

Hemostam Indications

As an adjunct to the treatment of unthriftiness in swine, a tonic for small animals and a high potency agent producing marked erythropoiesis in race horses and other large animals.

Dosage:

Small animals: 1 - 2 mL daily, I.V. or I.M.

Large animals: 4 - 8 mL daily, I.V. or I.M.

Horses: To treat anemia - 7 to 10 mL I.V. or I.M. every 48 hours for 5 doses

A maintenance dosage of 7 to 10 mL once or twice weekly is then recommended.
