Fastrack Fortifier

Contains a source of herbs, minerals, vitamins and enzymes for horses of all ages.

MINIMUM GUARANTEED ANALYSIS PER OUNCE: 1,500 mg ascorbic acid (vitamin C); 250 IU vitamin E; 125 mg zinc; 100 mg manganese; 50 mg copper; 0.06 mg selenium; amylase from Aspergillus oryzae and Bacillus subtilis not less than 3,000 reference amylase units¹; beta-glucanase from Trichoderma reesei not less than 29,000 beta-glucanase units²; bromelain not less than 115,000 casein digestion units³.

¹SKB/g Amylase - One SKB (Sandstedt, Kneen and Blish) unit is defined as the number of grams of soluble starch dextrinized, in the presence of excess beta-amylase, per hour under conditions of the assay (pH 5.0 and 40°C). 15 Reference amylase units (ug/min/g) in Fastrack are equivalent to 1 SKB/g.

²BGU: One beta-glucanase unit is defined as the quantity of enzyme that will liberate reducing sugar (as glucose equivalence) at a rate of 1 μmol/minute under the conditions of the assay (pH 6.5 and 40°C). The hydrolysis of the lichenin substrate leads to an increase in reducing power due to liberated reducing groups and is measured by the neocuproine method.

³One Casein Digestion Unit (CDU) is defined as the amount of enzyme which will liberate one microgram of tyrosine after one minute of digestion at 37°C from a standard casein substrate at pH 7.0.

Directions For Use

Fastrack Fortifier is provided to horses on a daily basis. Fortifier is intended to be top-dressed on a horse’s feed, and can be combined with Fastrack^® Microbial Pack.

SUGGESTED USE:

(One scoop is equivalent to 1 oz by weight)

PERISHABLE PRODUCT: For extended shelf life, store in a cool, dry location not to exceed 75°F.
