Very common (10% or more): Mild transient nasal burning and stinging (45%)

Frequency not reported: Nasal congestion, sneezing, epistaxis and/or bloody mucous, nasal irritation, sore throat[Ref]

-Nasal burning and stinging complaints decreased with continued use; only 3% of patients in clinical trials required dose reductions or discontinuation.

-Nasal burning and stinging occurred at about the same rate in placebo patients, implicating the vehicle or delivery system.[Ref]
