Cardiovascular side effects have included tachycardia, palpitations, flushing, arrhythmias, and cardiovascular collapse with hypotension.[Ref]

Nervous system side effects have included lassitude, drowsiness, giddiness, increased irritability or excitement, headache, fear, anxiety, nervousness,dizziness, restlessness, tremor, weakness, insomnia, hallucinations, convulsions, and CNS depression.[Ref]
