Consumption of grapefruit, grapefruit juice, and supplements that contain grapefruit should be avoided during treatment with pirtobrutinib as they may increase the blood levels of pirtobrutinib. This may increase the risk of side effects such as infection, bruising, bleeding, fatigue, muscle pain, diarrhea, swelling, and difficulty breathing. You may experience reduced absorption of SORAfenib in the presence of food. Take SORAfenib on an empty stomach 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal unless otherwise directed by your doctor. This will make it easier for your body to absorb the medication.
