Moderate Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility. Applicable conditions: Thrombocytopenia
Sotatercept may cause severe thrombocytopenia and increase the risk of bleeding. Do not initiate treatment with sotatercept in patients with platelet counts below 50,000/mm3. Do not administer sotatercept in patients who are experiencing serious bleeding.
Sotatercept (applies to sotatercept) hepatic impairment
Moderate Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility. Applicable conditions: Liver Disease
The effect of hepatic impairment on the pharmacokinetics of sotatercept has not been studied.
