For Dietary Supplementation "I had taken this religiously 10 years ago at fairly high doses. It really gave me energy. Older now, having developed a lot of sensitivities, I tried it again for fatigue and found it actually made me more tired and dizzy. I stopped the supplement and got better, then tried it again and had the same symptoms. A powerful lesson for me that supplements can have very different effects on different people depending on their physiology."

For Dietary Supplementation "I started taking CoQ10 because I heard it was important to take it if you were taking a statin. I started feeling very tired and had severe diarrhea lasting for hours. I don't know if it would do anything for my heart, liver, or my migraines because I can't tolerate it."

For Dietary Supplementation "I practice cycling on a regular basis (200 miles a week) and started taking CoQ10 because it's supposed to make your muscles produce more energy, but I've been feeling sluggish for a week now. The first day I felt tired, I thought it was regular fatigue and rode easy for 4 days, but I still feel sluggish and without the energy that I always have in my rides. I've seen reviews of people that cause them to feel tired, and maybe that is what CoQ10 is causing me. I will stop taking it and will come back to post again."
