"Researched a lot about the nutrients depleted by meds (which is where most side effects come from) and found that CoQ10 is depleted by a lot of meds, and it is vital to organ health and especially the heart. So, I started taking 100 mg three times a day (I read that for every medicine you're taking, you should take 100 mg to replace what it depletes). I just started with 300 mg. Before taking it, I was struggling with coughing up thick, awful stuff. After the first 24 hours of taking it, my cough was dry! My vocal cords are extra sensitive, and I cough for no reason sometimes because something tickled my throat (extra sensitive because I've been coughing for months). My lungs felt dry for the first time since my diagnosis! I feel more energy. I feel generally better when I take it versus if I forget and don't take it. I will say that the quality of supplements matters a lot! Buy only organic and pure!"
