For Dietary Supplementation "This supplement made me very lightheaded and my legs weak. I took 1 tab of 100 mg in the morning, and by afternoon these side effects happened. Could not find anything online where anyone else had this happen. Will not take it again."

For Dietary Supplementation "I tried it once because my daughter highly recommended it. After a few minutes, I got 2 bouts of diarrhea, cold hands, and lightheadedness. I ignored the symptoms, and they went away. Then that night, I suddenly felt like passing out, so I checked my sugar level, and it went down to 59, which I had never experienced before with a full lunch. I am so devastated and weak, so I decided to stop the CoQ10. It is potentially bringing my sugar so low and making me pass out. I have to stop this vitamin. It is not working for me."

For Dietary Supplementation "I started taking this to lower my blood pressure. It worked! It was so effective that I didn't need to combine it with my blood pressure medication. Taking both lowered it too much to where I felt dizzy and lightheaded, so I ditched the blood pressure meds. I've been rejuvenated ever since! My recommendation is to take it early in the morning."
