For Dietary Supplementation "Used as a more effective supplement for CoQ10. Took with Preservision 2, some rice, and had taken Warfarin 20 minutes prior to Qunol. I had nausea most of the day, was extremely tired, had diarrhea, and could not work. Reading the side effects made me suspect Qunol or combination. What do you think? I cannot determine its effectiveness at this time."

For Dietary Supplementation "I have tried taking Coenzyme Q10 for mitochondrial energy for years, and after trying different brands, I could not handle the side effects. Even at 100 mg of Coenzyme Q10, I had bad side effects like light-headedness, cold extremities, a feeling of anxious/restlessness after several days of use, as well as giving me stomach problems (diarrhea and bloating). I wanted to try the Ubiquinol version but was afraid that I would just get the same effects, just more intensified. I finally bought a bottle of Ubiquinol and took 100 mg the first day, and went up to 200 mg the next day. From the very first dose, I knew it was different. I had zero stomach problems, no anxious energy, feelings of light-headedness, but a warm, natural feeling of having the energy to do what I needed to do and not a forced stimulation, which I felt with Coenzyme Q10. It was like night and day IME (Ubiquinol vs. Ubiquinone)."
