"I have severe eczema on my hands in winter time which would crack and bleed and sometimes it would get infected due to the open wounds. My doctor prescribed a steroid first which worked for the first couple of days but then stopped. So then he prescribed tacrolimus. It does work, it took a couple of weeks for me to see the full effect. I did have burning but only if my hands were under hot water, otherwise no. But I also have had some flu-like symptoms, tiredness, etc. I didn't know what that was until I looked at possible side effects. Still kind of dealing with that but hopefully it goes away soon, like the burning has. Ultimately, this does work well, but not sure which I'd rather have, cracking bleeding skin or being tired all the time."

"I was given this by dermatologist for psoriasis on my face, the first 2 applications felt like acid on my skin, but this has since settled. My psoriasis has improved beyond my expectations. I have completely stopped using the steroid ointment. It is a little greasy, so I only use it at night, but it’s worth it."
